Do I get a free sample when I buy a UGC video once?
Yes. A once-off order with at least one UGC video includes 1 free sample.
Are usage rights and revisions included?
Usage rights and any revision scope are agreed in writing before production, so both sides know exactly what applies to the order.
Can I request a custom once-off?
Yes. Use the once-off calculator or a monthly contract when those fit. If you need a different quantity, format, creator, or mix of work, request a custom brief and we’ll confirm the scope and price in writing.
